第九届水利、土木工程国际学术会议暨智慧水利与安全工程论坛圆满召开

9月22日至24日,第九届水利、土木工程国际学术会议暨智慧水利与安全工程论坛在河海大学召开。此次会议主题为“智慧水利与安全工程”。河海大学校长杨桂山教授、江苏省水利学会理事长叶健教授、国际大坝委员会抗震专委会主席马丁.维兰德博士、大会学术委员会主席、中国工程院张宗亮院士等分别致辞,开幕式由河海大学陆国宾副校长主持。

杨桂山在致辞中表示,资源与能源开发及环境保护为国际水利、土木工程界共同关注的主题,特大灾害和重大工程安全对人民生命安全、经济社会发展等造成重大影响。他期待能以本次会议为契机,搭建起高水平的学术交流平台,探索前沿科学问题、关键技术和发展趋势,推动智慧水利发展和智能化安全工程建设,推动全球水利与土木工程领域的高质量创新与发展。

会议特邀了中国工程院王复明院士,中国电建集团首席科学家、中国工程勘察设计大师张宗亮院士,澳大利亚技术科学与工程院郝洪院士,国际大坝委员会抗震专委会主席马丁.维兰德博士,中国电建集团首席科学家、华东勘测设计研究院原院长、中国工程勘察设计大师张春生教高,中国长江三峡集团科技创新部原主任李文伟教高,郑州大学副校长、长江学者特聘教授、国家杰青、俄罗斯工程院院士胡少伟教授,河海大学水工程安全研究院院长顾冲时教授,澳大利亚新南威尔士大学结构工程与安全中心主任宋崇民教授,国际防护工程联合会澳大利亚分会原主席、悉尼科技大学吴成清教授,水利部水利水电规划设计总院原副院长兼总工程师、中国工程勘察设计大师刘志明教高,长江设计集团有限公司总工程师、中国工程勘察设计大师王小毛教高,武汉大学研究生院院长、国家杰出青年基金获得者周伟教授,河海大学发展规划与学科建设处处长、长江学者特聘教授陈达教授等14位业内知名专家作主题报告。分别就堤坝与地下工程渗漏防控与“工程医院”建设、水利水电工程数字化设计、智能化建造与智慧化运维、大坝动力响应分析的高应变率混泥土材料本构模型、大坝动力分析和地震安全性评价、水电地下工程的结构安全、特高拱坝微膨胀低热硅酸盐水泥及混凝土关键技术、复杂地质环境下输调水工程灾害预警与快速抢险、混凝土高坝安全防控理论与方法、数字时代的全自动化工程计算分析框架、可持续性钢纤维增韧干硬性超高性能混凝土、BIM技术驱动数字孪生调水工程、智慧水利从“治”到“智”的质变,高土石坝数字孪生模型技术及应用,复杂工况下大型漂浮式风电机组动力响应等方面做了精彩的分享。大会执行主席、河海大学张燎军教授等主持了主题报告交流。

大会由河海大学主办、清华大学等二十多家单位协办、AEIC国际学术交流中心承办。会议还设立了水利工程、土木工程和综合学科三个分会场。40余家单位的约200名专家、学者和师生参会,广泛交流了水利、土木及相关学科最新研究成果,深入探讨了目前面临的难题与对策,共同展望了未来水利、土木工程的前景与方向。

From September 22 to 24, the 9th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering & Forum on Smart Water Conservancy and Safety Engineering was held at Hohai University, with the theme ofSmart Water Conservancy and Safety Engineering.

Prof. Guishan Yang, President of Hohai University, Prof. Jian Ye, Chairman of Jiangsu Hydraulic Engineering Society, Dr. Martin Wieland, Chair of the Seismic Committee of the International Commission on Large Dams, and Academician Zongliang Zhang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chair of the Conference Academic Committee, delivered speeches respectively. The opening ceremony was presided over by Vice President Guobin Lu of Hohai University.
The conference invited 14 renowned experts to deliver keynote speeches, including:

Academician Fuming Wang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering;

Academician Zongliang Zhang, Chief Scientist of PowerChina and National Master of Engineering Survey and Design;

Academician Hong Hao of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering;

Senior Engineer Chunsheng Zhang, Chief Scientist of PowerChina and former President of East China Investigation and Design Institute, National Master of Engineering Survey and Design;

Senior Engineer Wenwei Li, former Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Department of China Three Gorges Corporation;

Prof. Shaowei Hu, Vice President of Zhengzhou University, Distinguished Chang Jiang Scholar, National Distinguished Young Scholar and Academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering;

Prof. Chongshi Gu, Director of the Research Institute of Hydraulic Engineering Safety, Hohai University;

Prof. Chongmin Song, Director of the Centre for Structural Engineering and Safety, University of New South Wales, Australia;

Prof. Chengqing Wu, former Chair of the Australian Chapter of the International Society for Protection Engineering, University of Technology Sydney;

Senior Engineer Zhiming Liu, former Vice President and Chief Engineer of the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design, Ministry of Water Resources, National Master of Engineering Survey and Design;

Senior Engineer Xiaomao Wang, Chief Engineer of Changjiang Design Group Co., Ltd., National Master of Engineering Survey and Design;

Prof. Wei Zhou, Dean of the Graduate School, Wuhan University and recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars;

Prof. Da Chen, Director of the Office of Development Planning and Discipline Construction, Hohai University and Distinguished Chang Jiang Scholar.

Three parallel sessions were set up for hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and interdisciplinary research. Around 200 experts, scholars, teachers and students from over 40 institutions attended the conference. They shared the latest research achievements in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and related disciplines, discussed existing challenges and solutions, and looked ahead to the future development trends of the two fields.
